Amarina Aged Care at Windsor comprises of a 36 bed Nursing Home and a 25 bed Dementia Specific Hostel.
The Nursing home was originally established in 1963 at Albion Road, Albion and was later relocated to its present site at 26 Palmer Street Windsor in 1982.
The facility currently services Windsor and surrounding areas and is accessed by local people who wish to maintain their network of contacts with family, friends and the local community.
The Nursing Home was renovated in 2007 and provides care for 36 residents in twin share rooms. The Dementia Specific Hostel which was opened in 2003 caters for 24 permanent residents; there are both single and twin share rooms. The facility also offers respite care on a short term basis.

Amarina Aged Care has been providing aged care for the people of Windsor and surrounding areas in Brisbane for over 45 years and we are very excited about the addition of our Coolum facility.
The facility has 42 high care, 18 low care beds and 16 multi-purpose beds (beds that may be used for high or low care). For those whose care needs require it, secure dementia care may also be provided.
The facility services Coolum Beach and surrounding areas and is accessed by local people who wish to maintain their network of contacts with family, friends and the local community.
